Goals: Integrate inclusive design principles that address the learning needs of neurodivergent users (e.g., students with ADHD, dyslexia, or autism). Conduct structured user testing with a neurodiverse focus group. Improve UX/UI based on accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and student feedback. Develop new platform features to support self-regulation, task segmentation, and custom learning pathways. Strengthen platform reliability through QA cycles (automated + manual). Generate user documentation and onboarding pathways that are simple, adaptive, and supportive of all learning styles. To design and map out a scalable, neurodivergent-inclusive programming model for Blue Marble Academy, integrating tutoring services, assistive tech, and sensory-informed spaces into a flexible, student-centered pathway. Goals: Conduct research to understand the specific support needs of neurodivergent K–12 and postsecondary students. Identify gaps in current service delivery (including tutoring, onboarding, study support, and parent communication). Benchmark best practices from inclusive education models and edtech companies. Collaboratively design a list of essential, cost-effective sensory room items that align with your programming goals and physical spaces. Co-design a service delivery framework that integrates educational therapy principles, assistive technology, and flexible learning options. Propose scalable models (weekly programming, one-to-one vs. group support, OT/RBA collaboration). Build out pricing models, operational workflow, and partnership opportunities (e.g., schools, nonprofits, insurance/benefit coverage). Key Outcomes: Inclusive, evidence-informed programming model that addresses the unique needs of neurodivergent learners. Market insights into parent expectations, pricing willingness, and funding support (e.g., EAF, private health benefits). A curated list and visual design of sensory room elements with estimated costs, layout ideas, and accessibility considerations. Marketing Funnel & Website Refresh for AI Learning Platform Launch

The goal of this project is to support the  Fall 2025 launch of an AI-powered study platform  by designing a  simple digital marketing funnel  and optimizing one or two key website pages to improve how students and parents discover and engage with the platform. Students will apply their knowledge of marketing and digital content creation to: Design a lead generation funnel to guide users from awareness to sign-up Refresh 1–2 high-impact website pages (homepage or landing page) with clear messaging and layout improvements Create campaign content (social posts, emails, lead magnet) for an early-access campaign

The Blue Marble Academy seeks to create an innovative AI-powered learning platform tailored for students in grades 1-12. The platform aims to offer personalized lesson plans, study tools, and exam preparation resources, enhancing the educational experience across all subjects. A key feature will be a dedicated section for students with myopia, integrating accessibility options such as adjustable text sizes, high-contrast modes, and blue light reduction. The platform will also facilitate social behavior practice and include blogs and collaborative tools to foster peer connections. Additionally, partnerships with optometrists and doctors will provide expert guidance, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive educational environment. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge in AI, user experience design, and educational technology.
